Additional CommentsDr. Monacell graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He also received training in oral and IV conscious sedation from the Medical College of Georgia and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Since then, Dr. Monacell has continued to perfect his craft through hours of continuing education. |
