Financial Policy

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims for all treatment and will do our best to estimate co-payment amounts. Our office has several payment options to choose from. We take all major credit cards and we also have other flexible payment options available. Please feel free to get pre-approved online, or have one of our helpful and knowledgeable team members assist you at the office. We also offer Pre-Payment and Senior Citizen Discounts.
